A Few Random Pics...

New Pics!

Last Friday I went with Chelsea (my sister in law) to an old street to get some much needed updated pics of Luke and Riley. Chelsea showed me some great tricks and Lindsay and Mandy (my other sister in laws) were there for a bit too. Luke had just woke up so he was pouty most the time, but I still got a few. Riley loved it and was a bit too posy, but they actually turned out better than expected. Here are some of my favorites.

7 More Days Hopefully!

I went to the Doctor yesterday for my last check-up! I am dilated to a 3 and 80% effaced. Sorry if that's gross to post on a blog. Anyway, my Doctor is going to induce me next Wednesday, October 8th since I live an hour away now. As long as the hospital lets me come in that day, that will be the day. I've struck out twice now on Riley and Luke with the hospital telling me I couldn't come after all that day (to be induced) so I'm really not expecting to, but it should be around the 8th sometime. Yay!

Luke can Officially Ride a 2-Wheeler

As my neighbor kids call it, Luke is riding a 2 wheeler now (without training wheels). He begged Trevor to take them off when he saw the other boys riding without them. Well, most of them are at least a year older than him. He just barely turned three! Anyway, he was so determined to do it, after about a week he had it down. I was so relieved to not have to bend over and hold onto him anymore. Riley is a little put out and doesn't really have the ambition to practice enough to do it herself yet.

Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck E. Cheese opened in Layton, yay! Chelsea invited us to go with Katie Price and some other friends last week. Riley and Luke thought they were in heaven. We hadn't been there since we lived by one in Arizona. It was great fun although I was exhausted afterwards.

Chuck E. Wacks Luke in the Face

If you look at these pics starting with the top right going counter clockwise, they are funny. Right after Luke stood by Chuck E. for a pic, Chuck E's hand came down and smacked him in the face. I don't think Luke realized he was dancing. It was hilarious to watch.

I LOVE Google Reader!

I never had time to check everyone's blogs until my friend Becky told me about Google Reader. Since then I've had lots of people ask about it. So here's how it works. If you want to be notified each time one of your favorite blogs is updated follow these steps:

1- Go to your Gmail Account
2- Click on Google Reader in the top left corner
3- Click on Add Subscription in the left column
4- Add each of your favorite bloggers addresses (copying and pasting is fastest)
5- Now each time you click on Google Reader you will see a list of all the newest Posts from the blog addresses you added

It's so easy and saves a lot of time!

Last of the Diaper Clutches...

I know some of you have asked if I still make these. Well, I have 3 left of this exact diaper clutch if you want one. I am clearancing them for $9 each with $2 shipping. E-mail me at Tamiroxie@hotmail.com if you want one and we will make payment arrangements.

The Baby's Bedding is Done!

My nice Mom offered to make my Crib Bedding for me. Since we don't know the gender, it was very hard to find any fabric. Anyway, this is what we came up with and I love it! She did such a great job. Thanks Mom!

Radley's Blessing

Last Sunday was Radley's Baby Blessing. We had lunch at Kelli and Quincy's Yorkshire Clubhouse after. It was such a fun day and Radley could not be any sweeter.

hOgLe ZoO

Last Saturday we went to Hogle Zoo for the first time this year. It started pouring rain on the drive there. Both kids were asleep and Trevor and I were just dreading what we were going to tell them about not being able to go. We decided to just drive there anyway and let them sleep. The minute we pulled into the parking lot the rain stopped. Yay! We were so lucky! So we had a great time there without too many crowds. We even got to see the White Alligator for the first time.

Riley's Soccer

Riley started Soccer this fall. It is so funny to watch her play. Basically she doesn't really care too much about kicking the ball. She just likes to run back and forth with her team. We asked her why she doesn't care to kick the ball and she said "Because it doesn't matter if we win, it's just for fun." How do you disagree with that? I don't know how she didn't get any sense of competition in her between Trevor and I, but at least she's having fun.

Riley and Luke and the Big Baby Belly

Riley and Luke love to feel my belly. I don't know what they'll do when it's flat again (hopefully someday). We only have about 18 days left!

Off to School!

Tuesday was Riley and Luke's first day of Preschool. They both get to go at the same time and be in different groups. They love it so far. They weren't even sad their first day when I dropped them off. I may have been a little bit sad, but I'm trying to enjoy my 2 1/2 hours by myself until the baby comes. It feels so weird to grocery shop and actually get what you need to and have time to spare. Or clean the house and have it stay that way for a little bit. Or take a nice nap at 9AM. Just kidding, I haven't tried that one yet. But it would be nice.

Labor Day Weekend at Bear Lake

We said our Goodbyes to Bear Lake last weekend and had one last great day at the Lake with Trevor's family. Once the rain came on Monday we were out of there, but we enjoyed Saturday and Sunday. Riley and Luke could not have had more fun with their cousins.

Finally, Some New Posts!

So I got sick of everyone asking me to update my blog and so I spent all night tonight doing it. :) I meant to do it for awhile, but things have been hectic with moving and everything. I pretty much posted our whole summer happenings. I can't believe it's basically over, but we are excited for Fall. We will be having our baby Oct 7th or 8th which is coming right up. I am big and fat as ever and can't wait to not be pregnant. I know Riley and Luke are excited to have me normal again and not constantly asking them to pick things up for me. I know Trevor is so ready. We can't wait to find out what our little surprise will be. We've had a great summer. Here are the kids jumping on our new trampoline. They spend so much time on there and can do flips and everything already. It's kind of nice to have an outlet for all that energy instead of our poor couches. Now that I've done all my postings I can finally check out everyone else's blogs again. Sorry I've been so behind.

Pics of My Family Reunion in Bear Lake

The Box Elder County Fair

Last Friday we went to the fair with Bill and Mitzi and our friends, Jade and Todd. Our kids had so much fun with Porter and Marli at the carnival.

The Dinosaur Park

We got to go to the Dinosaur Park once again with my sister Julie and her kids and our friend Tricia and her kids. We had a great time with 7 kids under 7.

Luke's 3rd B-day

Luke had an action packed 3rd B-day. First he got to open a few gifts and was so excited to see all the Wall E. decorations all over the house. In the breakfast blessing he said "And thank you for Wall E. and Eva...". Anyway, then we met Chelsea and Lindsay and all their kids at McDonald's for lunch. He had so much fun playing with his cousins and loved his new Wall E. pillow and lunch set from Chelsea. We had a little party that night at our house. He finally got his little robot Wall E. he's been wanting. He played with it in his bed until about 11PM. Then we finally ended our long fun Birthday. We love our little Lukey!

The Wall E. B-day Party

The Wall E. Cake

Luke has been begging for a Wall E. B-day Party ever since he saw the first preview for the movie Wall E. He is obsessed with everything Wall E. So, he got to have a Wall E. Party and I made a sad attempt at his Wall E. Cake. Good thing he's only 3 and didn't know any better.

B-Day Party

He had a fun Wall E. B-day party that night...

Fishing

As part of our Reunion we went to my Dad's big work party where the kids got to go fishing. They each caught 3 fish.

Our Family Reunion

Here are some pics of my family reunion in Bear Lake. Some of the highlights for the kids were hiking up the canyon with my Dad and riding in Uncle Kacey's semi, playing at the lake, and going fishing.

Playing at Bear Lake

We had my family reunion in Bear Lake a couple weeks ago. Here are the kids at the beach. They had a great time with this poor little frog they found which incidentally died in the end. Yes, Riley is even kissing him. Where is her mom? Oh yeah, taking pics...

Our New House

We officially moved to a new place last month. We have rented out our townhouse and now get to live in a real house again. It is so exciting to have a garage and have everything on one level (besides the basement). We love our neighborhood and are so excited to have our friends, Tricia and Callin, living just 4 houses down the street now. Our kids love having a yard and a place to ride their bikes and lots of neighbor friends. We are really enjoying living here!

Riley's Coloring Contest

Riley and Luke both entered the coloring contest at the Circus we went to. It was so fun when the guy on stilts came out and announced that Riley had won the contest. She got to go up and get a toy trumpet. She was so proud. Luke pouted the rest of the time because he didn't win, but he got to play with the trumpet too. It was so fun to have her win her first contest. She says she won because her clown looked just like a real clown so they picked her.

The Circus

We went to the funnest little circus this summer. It was one of those little ones inside the big tent where you can be really close to everything. Our kids loved it. They even got to ride ponies there.

One of our Last Days in our Townhouse...

This is us just sitting outside before church on our last Sunday in Brigham City. (Luke is trying to cut my hair because I had just gotten done cutting some of his little stragglers off.)

Riley's T-Ball

Park City

Playing Tennis

Riley and Luke played tennis for the first real time this summer when we went and stayed in Park City with Trevor's parents and Ryan and Chelsea. They absolutely loved it and did pretty well. With a Grammy like Mitzi they are bound to do well at it I hope. (Unless they got my genes in that area!) Anyway, with Riley's cute tennis outfits, I don't care if she's good or not. She sure does look cute playing anyway. Luke keeps asking for a tennis outfit for him. I'm not sure what to do for that. He looks cute enough with his little racket.

Riley's T-Ball

Riley played T-Ball for the first time this summer and really liked it. I think the treats at the end of each game were her favorite part, but she did pretty well too. Luke loved going and watching, but he really wanted to play. He still asks me when he will have his own baseball team...
